I definitely recommend this but if you haven't read the WOTGL fully wait till you have so you can fully appreciate all that is happening in this issue.

As far as an aftermath issue goes…you know what, it’s not perfect, but it’s a good read if you’re a fan of Green Lantern line, Corps in particular.

This mini-series explores the aftermath of the recent War of the Green Lanterns storyline, but sadly fails to capture the energy of the cliffhanger ending of the last installment of the storyline over in Green Lantern.

It appears as though the heart of the action is going to appear in the next issue, but the scheme being schemed up by a fraction of Lanterns seems just plain dumb.

A great epic with a disastrously bad end gets an epilogue that has its own problems.
