The background is filled in that helps explain exactly how Hitler gained such fabulous toys.

The third installment of the half-length issues of Captain America: First Vengeance hits a bit of a snag this time around as the flow of it isn’t quite as strong, even though it does flesh out some key moments.

Careful use of background info;

The story runs somewhat slowly this time around, but hey, these are 11 pages issues we dealing with, so i've been expecting something like this. Movie tie in means background and depth of characters. Ok not always but it should; and this issue does exactly that. The baby steps of Hitlers powerfull arsenal, as well as those of red skull are presented carefully and intelligently as the art adds the words left unsaid. Cap is fighting the big bad kahuna we left on the 2nd issue, but as its hinted out, that's more like a test. Can't wait for the series to end its run. I bet it'll be double fun reading the story in a row.
