All unacceptable or malicious comments and texts can be removed from Rekonit without notice. We kindly urge users to report all such practices to administrators. (This can be done also by clicking the yellow sign that appears next to every review or comment).

Rekonit’s staff retains the right to remove user accounts who do not comply with its terms of use. When the administrators delete or ban a user’s account, all his/her remarks and contributions can be also removed. After deletion, our staff refrains from all responsibility to any user’s past actions.

Rekonit is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. Rekonit shall not be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.

About intellectual properties

The privacy of the visitor / user is subject to the European legislation (European Law 95 / 46/EK & 97/66). Personal data collected by the Rekonit’s database (aliases and passwords of user names, addresses, numbers and connection, e-mail IP) are never disclosed to third parties.

The Rekonit reserves the right to change these Terms of Use, whenever it may be necessary. Changes will be announced in this text.
